Beginning February 3, we initiated a second round of eight workshops on “Mastering the Divine Qualities of Your Seven Rays” at the ashram. The workshops are held three times a week on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. On Fridays, we meet from 12:00 noon to 5:00 pm and on Saturdays and Sundays, from 12:00 noon to 2:30 pm.
Normally, 15-20 people come on Fridays and 5-10 on the other two days. We are expecting more people to join us in the future as we continue to advertise in a local newspaper and have posted several billboards in the neighborhood area.
Seven Rays, Threefold Flame and Colors of Chakras
Each week, we begin by introducing a different ray as depicted in the seven spheres of the Causal Body in the I AM Presence Chart. It helps to introduce the Threefold Flame and the color of each of the three plumes and their relationship with each chakra. We have observed this to be an important step to go through as it explains the connectivity of each ray with the colors of the chakras.
It is true that most people in India are familiar with the chakras but we have observed that their understanding about the spiritual purpose of the chakras is somewhat limited. Most importantly, we have also noted that the color designation for the seven chakras is also somewhat misplaced. For example, most people believe that the colors of the three chakras — Base of the Spine, Crown and Heart — as violet, red and green. In fact, the masters have told us that they are white, golden yellow and pink.
Virtues and Perversions of Each Ray
Next, by explaining how the Godly attributes (virtues) of each ray get accumulated in the Causal Body after each lifetime and that they can be accessed now thru the mastery of the corresponding chakra helps people to connect with the underlying theme of the workshop at a personal level. It also inspires them to use that particular virtue to change their lives for the better.
Likewise, when people find out how a virtue can get perverted into a negativity which then gets accumulated in the electronic belt, they seem to get reenergized to reclaim that particular virtue through transmutation. In this context, we have noted that it helps to explain the colors of seven chakras side-by side in their pure and perverted states.
Decreeing with the Hierarchs of Each Ray
Lastly, we introduce the three Hierarchs of each ray: the Chohans, the Archangels and the Elohim and their relationship with the corresponding seven chakras. This step brings us to the point when everyone in the group is ready to give the decrees of that particular ray for the transmutation of the perversions of that ray.
We usually decree from 30 minutes to an hour beginning first with a slower pace and then ending with a medium pace. People seem to enjoy doing decrees in a group and have often remarked how they have felt afterwards.

This phase of workshops on seven rays will conclude in March. It is gratifying to observe how the Holy Spirit is transforming people through the science of the spoken word.
